Location: Sydney
Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries and services request and complaints through e-mail and phone
- Process and confirm shipment tracking
- Produce accurate report to overseas office and customers
- Perform problem determination, debugging and troubleshooting of existing systems with overseas offices to ensure system reliability
- Manage on tracking devices for Hong Kong and overseas office
- Prepare ad-hoc assignment from time to time assigned by Supervisor
- Occasional business trips required
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- At least 1 year of customer services experience (candidates with freight forwarding or sales support experience will be advantage)
- Proficiency in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel
- High threshold for paperwork and data entry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (Italian or Chinese will be advantage)
- Independent, well-organized team player with detailed minded
- Ability to clearly articulate performance from a data-driven mindset
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
