STORE ASSOCIATE POSITION:

Full-time on-site role as a Store Person in Botany, NSW.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Driver's licence
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks
• Forklift license is preferred
• Experience in the freight forwarding or 3PL logistics industry is a plus

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION:

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer service skills, including customer satisfaction and experience
• Experience working in customer service, experience in sea, air freight services are required
• Strong communications and problem solving skills
• Ability to muslitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software, Cargowise knowledge required
• Ability to prepare quotation for AIR, SEA (FCL-LCL-BCN-FAK), LOCAL/LAND shipments
• High school diploma or equivalent
