Venchi is looking for retail assistants for their soon to be opened Gelato and Chocolate shop (location The Galeries Sydney).
The company has a history of over 140 years, 160+ stores in more than 70 countries and have 1000+ Employees worldwide.
About the Role:
- To ensure to maximize sales and productivity, achieve targets, contribute to the growth of sales, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
- Handle store operation, administration, staff management and maintain brand image
- To drive, lead and motivate frontline team to achieve successful and deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, Point of sale operational activities and merchandising in store that leads to a positive customer experience
- To efficiently execute and maintain all merchandising and general housekeeping duties, hygiene, stock management and visual merchandise standards
- To manage stock inventories proactively achieve waste and stock take
About you:
- 2 years of relevant F&B retail experiences
- Strong leader with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail personnel
- Energetic and positive mind to drive excellent customer service, pleasant personality and passionate
- Committed to the development and growth of a learning culture
- Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus
