The Italian Chamber of Commerce provides a wide range of services to facilitate trade and business exchanges involving the states of New South Wales, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory and Italy, as well as offering tailor-made market entry strategies and business services. In particular, services are designed to assist companies and individuals target business partners to solve complicated commercial matters. The services range from economic reports, market research and feasibility studies to business matching and translations.

ICCIAUS also coordinates business delegations between Australia and Italy, where delegates attend exhibitions and meet with potential business partners. In recent years ICCIAUS has also partnered with other Italian Chambers of Commerce in the Asia-Pacific region to offer its members and clients the chance to participate and connect with business allies throughout the region.
