Nicholas is a highly regarded commercial litigator. He is an extremely motivated individual; he commenced practice at Colin Biggers and Paisley in 1994, becoming a partner in 1999 and later Managing Partner in 2005. Nick has led complex organisations that delivered over $1 billion in state significant infrastructure in NSW. This entailed the management of multidisciplinary teams, external contractors, and of the demands of diverse stakeholders. Nick is a lateral thinker and problem solver, and works well in high pressure situations. He has well established credentials in high-stake commercial negotiations.
